Description: The invention relates to a charging station with a stationary charging station, a control panel mounted in the charging station for the charging station, a charging cable mounted in the charging station and a plug receptacle in the charging station for a charging plug connected to the charging cable.
Such charging stations are used in particular for charging at least partially electrically operated motor vehicles, in particular passenger cars. Charging stations of various designs are used, whereby charging stations can basically be divided into two categories, namely charging stations that are matched in terms of their length, i.e. vertical extension, to the use by people in a normal length range and charging stations that are designed for use by wheelchair users People are matched.
A charging station of the type mentioned is known from EP 2 476 577 A2. In this case, the stationary charging station has two lower, vertically arranged stands which are mounted in the stationary floor and form a space between them. The stands take up a cabinet-like area of the charging station, which has the control panel and the connector receptacle in a lower area. Because of this design, the charging station represents a compromise with regard to use by a person with a length in the normal length range and a person sitting in a wheelchair for the disabled of the charging connector and connect it to the vehicle to charge the battery. A disadvantage is the rather deep, ergonomically unfavorable arrangement of the control panel for this person. A control panel usually comprises a display module, preferably a display module, which is also implemented as a touchscreen. Such a display module is not optimally visible to the person, even from a glare point of view. - This charging station is advantageous for a person sitting in a wheelchair for the disabled from the aspect of the arrangement of the control panel and the arrangement of the connector receptacle, on the one hand because of the ergonomically favorable arrangement of the control panel and charging plug in height for this person, and also from the aspect that A part of the charging station forming cantilever device carrier receives the control panel and the connector receptacle. However, the lower stands of the charging station, which are arranged at a distance from one another, represent a compromise for the person sitting in the wheelchair for the disabled, because the gap between the two stands must be approached precisely in order to be able to approach the cantilevered carrier close enough to operate the charging station.
The object of the present invention is to design a universally usable charging station that can be used ergonomically with only a slight modification for a standing person who has a length in a normal length range, as well as for a person sitting in a wheelchair for the disabled.
The object is achieved by a charging station, which can be designed according to the features of claim 1.
The invention thus proposes a charging station that can be easily modified with respect to two variants. In one modification, the charging station is optimally designed for a person who has a length in a normal length range. In the other modification, the charging station is optimally designed for use by a person sitting in a wheelchair for the disabled. In order to modify the charging station, only a few changes or conversions to the charging station are required. Thus, when manufacturing the charging station, even when setting up the charging stations on site, it can be decided whether the charging station is to be built in the modification for use by a standing person who has a length in a normal normal length range, or in the modification for use by a person sitting in a wheelchair for the disabled. Even later, if the charging station is already installed on site, this can easily be changed from application by a standing person, who has a length in a normal length range, to an application by an in, especially if user focus changes in a charging park with several charging stations a disabled person wheelchair, and vice versa.
The charging station according to the invention has an upper receptacle and a lower receptacle on a front side. In a first embodiment, the charging station is designed for use by a standing person who has a length in a normal normal length range in such a way that the control panel is received by the upper receptacle and the plug receptacle is received by the lower receptacle. In a second embodiment, the charging station is designed for use by a person sitting in a wheelchair for the disabled in such a way that a device carrier which projects over the front is received by the lower receptacle, the device carrier accommodating the control panel and the plug receptacle.
In the first embodiment, both the control panel and the connector receptacle for the standing person are ergonomically arranged, with an optimally slim design of the charging station, which thus has no cantilever equipment carrier. This means that the charging station can be operated ergonomically by the standing person. In the second version, on the other hand, the charging station is ergonomically designed for a person sitting in a wheelchair for the disabled, because the cantilever device holder, which holds both the control panel and the connector receptacle, is positioned at the level of the lower receptacle. The cantilever device carrier enables the person sitting on the wheelchair for the disabled to drive under the device carrier, so that both the control panel and the plug receptacle are ergonomically accessible for this person.
Regardless of the particular implementation of the charging station for the disabled, the control panel preferably has a display module and / or an RFID reader and / or a switch for manually ending the charging process. In particular, all of these elements are implemented in the charging station, and therefore not only as an alternative. The display module is, in particular, a viewing angle stable panel, in particular has an IPS panel. The display module preferably has a touchscreen.
In the design of the charging station for the disabled, it is advantageous if the equipment carrier has all the HMI (Human Machine Interface) elements, thus in particular a touchscreen, an RFID reader, a switch or button to end the charging process, a Plug holder, thus a plug holder, preferably with a holder display, in particular LED holder display, so that it can be recognized that the charging plug is correctly inserted into the plug holder after the charging process.
In the first embodiment, it is considered to be particularly advantageous if a side of the control panel and / or the display module facing the operator is aligned with the front side of the charging station facing the operator. This results in ergonomically particularly favorable operability, because these functional elements are arranged in a defined manner with respect to the charging station, specifically with the front side of the charging station. From this point of view, it is also considered advantageous if, in the first embodiment on a side facing the operator, the plug receptacle is aligned with the front side of the charging station facing the operator.
In this first embodiment, ergonomic aspects provide in particular that the control panel, in particular the display module, at a height of the charging station from 135 to 165 cm above the floor and / or the connector receptacle at a height of the charging station from 100 to 110 cm is or are arranged above the floor.
In the second embodiment of the charging station, it is considered to be particularly advantageous from an ergonomic point of view if a front side of the equipment carrier facing the operator, thus the person sitting in the wheelchair for the disabled, is arranged inclined with respect to a vertical, specifically in the lower region of the front side closer to Operator than in the upper area of the front. This enables the operator to view this front side in a particularly favorable manner. This front side is formed in particular by a non-curved plane. The device carrier preferably has the display module on the front in an upper area and the RFID reader in a lower area. The display module is thus arranged at a favorable height relative to the floor and can be easily seen by the operator, while the RFID reader is arranged at a level below the display module.
Preferably, the device carrier in the region of a side wall, which is arranged between the front of the device carrier and the charging station, on the connector receptacle and / or the switch. When positioning a wheelchair for the disabled so that the person sitting on the wheelchair looks at the front of the device carrier, this person can ergonomically remove the charging plug for charging the vehicle battery from the side of the plug receptacle located there and after charging, ergonomically remove the charging plug from the side reinsert into the connector receptacle. The switch is also ergonomically accessible on this side of the equipment rack.
In this second embodiment, it is provided in particular that the implement carrier projects with respect to the front of the charging station in the region of the implement carrier by 15 to 25 cm, in particular 20 cm. In this second embodiment, it is also provided in particular that the implement carrier is arranged at a height of the charging column of 80 to 110 cm, preferably 85 to 105 cm above the floor. The above cantilever mass and height of the equipment carrier enable ergonomically favorable underriding of the charging station by means of the person sitting on the wheelchair for the disabled.
Against the background of the design of the charging station according to the invention and the charging station according to their developments, a charging station can be used for both versions, which has a constant, in particular trapezoidal or square column cross-section from the floor to above the upper receptacle. It is considered advantageous if the charging column has this constant, in particular trapezoidal or square, column cross-section at least below the lower receptacle. It is considered advantageous if a length of the respective side of the trapezoid or square side is 30 to 40 cm. In the first embodiment, the charging station thus essentially represents the slim charging station, while in the second embodiment the device carrier is additionally fastened to the charging station.
In the second embodiment, it is provided in particular that the upper receptacle is covered by an aperture, for example covered by an aperture connected to the upper receptacle. This upper receptacle is not required in the second version because functional elements of the first version are integrated in the projecting device carrier in the second version.
[0018] According to an advantageous further development of the charging station, it is provided that it has an end which laterally projects from above. Here, the charging cable is led out of the charging station in an upper area of the charging station and the charging cable is led from there over the projecting end. This design ensures that the charging cable is guided from the charging station to the charging plug, which ensures that the charging cable is permanently positioned with respect to the charging station. The length of the charging cable is preferably dimensioned such that the charging cable does not make contact with the ground when the charging plug is inserted into the plug receptacle.
Further features of the invention will become apparent from the dependent claims, the accompanying drawing and the description of a preferred embodiment shown in the drawing, with which the two versions of the charging station can be realized without being limited thereto.

Description of the Figures First, a charging station is described with reference to the representation of FIGS. 1 to 6, which is designed according to a first embodiment and is intended for use by a standing person who has a length in a normal length range.
The charging station 1 has a stationary charging station 2, a control panel 3 mounted in the charging station 2 for the charging station 1, a charging cable 4 stored in the charging station 2 and a plug receptacle 5 mounted in the charging station 2 for one connected to the charging cable 4 Charging plug 6 on.
The charging station 2 has an upper receptacle 8 and a lower receptacle 9 on a front side 7. The control panel 3 is received by the upper receptacle 8 and the plug receptacle 5 is received by the lower receptacle. The control panel 3 arranged at the top has a display module 10, which has a viewing angle stable panel, in particular an IPS panel. This display module 10 has a touchscreen. Below the display module 10, the control panel 3 has an RFID reader 18. A mechanical switch 11 or button for ending the charging process is arranged somewhat above the connector receptacle 5, below the control panel 3. The plug receptacle 5 can additionally be provided with an LED display which lights up when the charging plug 6 is reinserted into the plug receptacle 5 after the charging process of the battery of a motor vehicle, in particular a passenger car.
The charging station 2 has an end 12 projecting laterally at the top, which extends parallel to the front side 7. The charging cable 4 is led out of the charging station 2 in an upper region of the charging station 2, where the end 12 is bent. From there, the charging cable 4 is guided through a support element 13 mounted in the charging column 2 and guided back to the area of the plug receptacle 5 in an open loop. There the charging plug 6 is inserted into the plug receptacle 5. When the charging plug is inserted, the charging cable 4 does not contact the floor 14, which is additionally illustrated in FIG. 1.
The charging station 1 is arranged in a charging park for motor vehicles in such a way that the end 12 points towards the vehicle, so that the charging station, seen from the vehicle, is visible in a view according to FIG. 2.
In this first embodiment of the charging station, the side of the control panel 3 facing the operator, in particular the display module 10, is aligned with the front side 7. Furthermore, the side of the plug receptacle 5 facing the operator is aligned with the front side 7 facing the operator.
In this first embodiment, the control panel 3, in particular the display module 10, at a height of the charging station 2 from 135 to 165 cm above the floor 14 and the connector receptacle 5 at a height of the charging station 2 from 100 to 110 cm above the floor 14 arranged.
The charging station 2 has, based on its area from the bottom 14 to the angled end 12, a constant trapezoidal cross section. The length of the respective trapezoidal side is 30 to 40 cm. The short side of the trapezoid is on the side of the cantilevered end 12. Thus, the charging station 2 presents itself as a fairly slim, homogeneous column. Because of this slim design, the charging station is easily accessible from every side, in particular from the front side 7. In particular Control panel 3, which is assigned to the upper receptacle 8, is located at a relatively large height, so that it can be optimally operated by a person who has a length in a normal length range and the display can also be read optimally or when using the Touchscreens can be easily entered by the person. The connector receptacle 5 assigned to the lower receptacle 9 is at a height which allows an ergonomically advantageous gripping of the charging plug 6 by pulling the charging plug 6 out of the plug receptacle 5 or inserting the charging plug 6 into the plug receptacle 5.
The charging station according to this first embodiment can be redesigned in a simple manner to form the charging station 2 in the second embodiment, in which it is intended for use by a person sitting in a wheelchair for the disabled. In this respect, reference is made to FIGS. 7 to 13, which show this second embodiment of the charging station or charging station 2.
In this second embodiment of the charging station 2, a cantilever device carrier 15 is provided in the area of the lower receptacle 9, which is received by the lower receptacle 9. This device carrier 15 receives the control panel 3 and the connector receptacle 5. Since, as a result, the area of the upper receptacle 8 of the charging station 2 is not required by functional elements, the upper receptacle 8 is covered by an aperture 16. This panel 16 bears in particular a symbol which indicates that the charging station 1 is intended for use by people who are sitting in a wheelchair for the disabled.
The device carrier 15 has a front side 17 facing the operator, which is arranged inclined with respect to a vertical, with a lower region of the front side 17 closer to the operator than an upper region of the front side
17. This front 17 is formed by a non-curved plane. The device carrier 15 has the control panel 7 on the front side 17, specifically the display module 10 with a touchscreen in an upper area and the RFID reader 18 in a lower area.
The device carrier 15 has in the region of a side wall 19, which is arranged between the front 17 and the charging station 2, the connector receptacle 5 and the switch 11. The connector receptacle 5 is oriented in such a way that the charging plug 6 in one direction according to arrow IX, can thus be inserted laterally into the connector receptacle 5 and pulled out of the connector receptacle 5 in the opposite direction.
In this second embodiment, the device carrier 15 protrudes with respect to the front 7 of the charging station 2 in the area of the device carrier 15 by 15 to 25 cm, in particular 20 cm. The equipment carrier 15 is arranged at a height of the charging station from 80 to 110 cm, preferably from 85 to 105 cm above the floor 14.
When largely identical elements are used, a charging station 1 with a charging station 2 according to the first or second embodiment can be produced. It is possible to convert already installed charging stations 1 from the first version to the second version and vice versa. When converting from the first embodiment to the second embodiment, a module assigned to the upper receptacle 8, which essentially has the control panel 3, has to be dismantled and disconnected and then the panel 16 has to be attached in the area of the upper receptacle 8. Furthermore, a module assigned to the lower receptacle 9, which essentially has the plug receptacle 5 and the button 11, is to be dismantled and a module having the device carrier 15 to be connected and connected to the lower receptacle 9, this module at least the control panel 3, the connector receptacle 5 and the button 11. The conversion from the second version to the first version takes place in the opposite sense. Since in both versions the plug receptacles 5 are arranged essentially at the same height above the floor 14, it is ensured that the charging cable 4 is not on the floor 14 when the charging plug 6 is inserted into the plug receptacle 5.
